About Us

 

Our company is based out of Nampa, Idaho but has members spread across the country who contribute to the development effort.  Here is a brief description of each department:

 

Program Management

This group is responsible for ensuring the product hits the market on time and within budget. 

 

Product Management

This group takes user requirements and ensures software produced will meet those user requirements.  This team is responsible for making the specifications of how the project will look and act. 

 

Product Development

This group is responsible for writing the code behind the specifications given by Product Management.  Our development team has members who are Microsoft Certified as Certified Application Developers, Certified Solution Developers, and Certified Database Administrators.  These industry recognized standards ensure that the piece of software you are getting is made by professionals who know how to make stable and fully functional products.

 

Quality Assurance

This group tests the software as if they were the end users who purchased the software.  Their job is to try and break the software and get the defects fixed before the software ever gets into the customers hands. 

 

Technical Support

This group answers questions about the software products.  This group is responsible for administering the knowledgebase for common technical questions about the software. 

 

Logistics

This group is responsible for getting the product out the door and deals with general day to day secretarial issues.

 

Marketing

This group decides where we advertise, where we sell our products at, and they are responsible for the website. 

 

Sales

This group is responsible for selling the software and ensuring the company stays profitable in the long run.
